Bulldog Tips from the Athletic Office

As our winter season hits its stride and a new year is upon us, we'd like to share some important tips and reminders for CHS athletes and families.

Physical Exams- In order to be eligible for CHS athletics, a student must have a physical exam form from his/her doctor, on record in the athletic office.  It is always a good idea to mail a copy of a newly acquired physical exam to the athletic office as soon as the exam is complete.  The physical is good for 13 months from the date of the exam. Mailing it in right away is good practice as families wont be scrambling at the start of a season to make sure they have the physical in.

Transportation to Away Games- All student-athletes must ride the bus to and from all away contest. If a parent would like to drive his/her child to and/or from an away contest, a note or email must be submitted to the athletic office PRIOR to the trip. This is to ensure the safety of all of our athletes.

Student Athletes must be in school- Students must be in school in order to participate in athletics on that day. Students who leave school at any point during the day and do not return are not allowed to participate on that day. The only exception would be a documented doctor's appointment.
