All of our remaining Hockey and Basketball games will have this option available at the rink and the gym. We will always make our home team roster available via the QR code and will include the visitor's roster when it is made available to the CHS Athletic Office.
If you are familiar with QR codes, you will know what to do when you see it posted on the wall at the rink and outside of the gym entrance.
If you are not familiar with QR codes, this is how it works:
- Go to your app store and search for "QR code reader."
- Install the free app. (you only need to do steps one and two the first time around)
- locate the QR code in the rink or gym (see photo above)
- Open the app and hold your phone up to the code to scan it (pretty self-explanatory)
- Once it is scanned, the roster(s) will pop up on your device
- When you want to revisit during the game, there will be an icon on the QR app that allows you to go to past scanned sights.
It's easy and fast!
You should re-scan for each game so that you can get the opponent's roster (when available).
We hope this will make it easier for our spectators to enjoy the games.
