The playing field behind the Luce School will be dedicated to Billy Cravens Jr. in a ceremony on Sunday at 1:00pm
Billy has been a fixture on the Canton playing fields for the past half a decade, first growing up on them, then excelling on them in high school and finally, dedicating his life and efforts to helping keep them in great shape for today's kids as a key member of the Rec. Dept. field maintenance crew.
Last year, Billy was diagnosed with ALS and has been battling it like a Bulldog ever since.
The public is invited to attend this very special event.
