Volleyball punches ticket to Hudson to defend crown

The Volleyball team showed unbelievable mental toughness in Thursday night's 3-1 (27-25, 27-25, 22-25, 27-25) victory over Hopkinton in the Central D2 Sectional Semi-Final. The win advances the team to the Central D2 Final in Hudson at 2:00pm Saturday where they will defend their 2012 Sectional Championship against Westboro, who defeated Medfield tonight, 3-2.

It was an all-around great effort for the team in their final home game of the season, showing amazing grit in winning their three games by the narrowest of margins (all 27-25). When the chips are down, this team really plays their best.
