The Canton High School Athletic Department is thrilled to announce that three of our student athletes signed a National Letter of Intent today in the CHS Masciarelli Gymnasium. In a brief ceremony surrounded by family, coaches and members of the CHS community, Ellie Bohane, Carolyn Durand and Emily McCabe each signed their NLI, which firms up their commitment to continue their academic and athletic careers at the collegiate level.

We are all so proud of these three Bulldogs.
Please note that we will continue to recognize formal collegiate athletic announcements and any future NLI's as the school year moves on.
Ellie Bohane-
Bohane is heading to Assumption University in Worcester to play for Coach Ann Lahey and her Greyhounds, who are currently 14-4 and defending NE10 champions.
Bohane has been a dominant force for the Bulldogs having played for the varsity team the past four years. Her tenacious play combined with her ability to control the ball make her a threat anytime she is around the play.

Coach Chrissy O'Connor had this to say about Ellie's signing-
"Ellie is the most versatile player on the field. She has been our playmaker in the center of the field and has been an offensive threat each year she has played. Her competitiveness and mental toughness on the field has elevated the game of those around her."
Carolyn Durand-
Durand is also heading to Assumption University to join the Greyhounds where she is looking to study elementary education and join the Field Hockey team. She has minded the Bulldog cage as our goaltender for the past two seasons. If you have been to a Bulldog Field Hockey game, it's impossible not to notice how impactful her athletic goaltending is.
