Student Athlete and Parent Presentation set for Tuesday, September 13th

The CHS Athletic Department will be kicking off the school year with an important meeting for student athletes and parents on Tuesday evening, September 13th at 7:00pm in the CHS Morse Auditorium.

We are thrilled to announce the return of Dr. Greg Dale to Canton High School that week.  He will act as our featured speaker on the 13th.  Dr. Dale is the Director of Sports Psychology and Leadership Programs at Duke University. He also speaks and runs workshops throughout the country through his company- Excellence in Performance. Dr. Dale will be speaking with our student athletes and parents that night on to topic of excellence in performance. The evening before, he will run a workshop for the entire CHS coaching staff.  During the morning of Sept. 13th, he will be running a leadership workshop for our varsity captains.  This is an amazing opportunity for our student athletes, coaches and parents to all hear from an amazing expert in the field of athletic and overall performance.

Dr. Dale's visit is made possible by the work of our CHS Athletic Booster Club. The Boosters have been working hard for almost a decade, making opportunities like this possible. We hope that you will become a booster member today to help support programs like this and others in the future.

Attendance at the meeting is required of all CHS athletes (for all three seasons) and it is asked that each athlete is accompanied by a parent/guardian.  Parents will NOT be disappointed in taking the time to listen to Dr. Dale's message. The meeting will run no more than 75-90 minutes. Please arrive early so we can get started and finish on time.

Thank you and Go Bulldogs!
