A message from Coach Mark Erickson-

Hi CHS Athletes,

I am excited to announce the Summer Strength and Conditioning Schedule. This is a great opportunity, especially for those of you who compete in a Fall Sport to improve yourselves as athletes and create as much Strength, Speed, Agility, and Power as possible, so you show up to tryouts and practices in the best shape you have been in to date.

I am also going to be sending out a Cardio Conditioning Program for you to do on your own or with your teammates during the summer. I want your coaches to be able to focus on helping you be better players and competitors of your respective sports. It is my job to make sure you are all the best ATHLETES you can be!

SUMMER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SCHEDULE STARTING THE WEEK OF JUNE 23RD:

TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, THURSDAYS
