As we all plan for the 2026-27 school year, the Canton Public Schools has announced the fee structure for athletics for next school year. Due to continued rising cost and in conjunction with a system-wide look at our fee structure, the following adjustments have been made for next school year:
Athletic User Fee- $255/student athlete/sport (increased from $245 this year)
Athletic User Fee Family Cap- Four fees for the school year- $1,020
Facility Fee- These fees are designed to off-set roughly 50% of the cost of the facility rental for each program listed below. This fee is above and beyond the Athletic User Fee, which is also due for these sports. This fee is also not eliminated or reduced as a result of a family cap.
Ice Hockey- $500 (increased from $350 this year)
Gymnastics- $200 (increased from $150 this year)
Swimming- $150 (increased from $100 this year)
Registration for Fall sports will begin next week.
